Laura Gonnerman
Associate General Counsel
Laura is Associate General Counsel for the University of Nebraska. Laura’s primary responsibilities include intellectual property matters, particularly trademarks and copyright; managing the corporate books of the University’s subsidiaries; immigration; data security; and licensing. She is a graduate of Creighton University and the University of Ãå±±ÂÖ¼éCollege of Law. Prior to joining the University of Ãå±±ÂÖ¼éin 2015, Laura clerked for the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼éSupreme Court and spent time in private practice focusing on securities and mergers and acquisitions.
